Shipping, Returns & Repairs

SHIPPING: 

Elizabeth Moore uses Fedex 2 day shipping on all orders and provides free shipping and returns with all purchases.  All in instock items will ship within 2-3 business days.  

  • In stock rings will be shipped within 2-3 business days
  • All ring resizing will take 3-4 weeks
  • All custom orders will ship in 4-6 weeks 

Each piece of Elizabeth Moore jewelry is hand packaged by our team in Manhattan in our branded leather pouch and gift box tied with our signature purple satin ribbon.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped.  In the event of a return or exchange a prepaid return label will be provided.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Elizabeth Moore only provides Domestic Shipping at this time and offers complimentary shipping on all orders.

  • All packages are insured and a signature is required upon delivery.
  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM eastern time will be processed the following business day.
  • All domestic orders are shipped 2 day express delivery via Federal Express
  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
  • All orders to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam) are considered international shipments.
  • Elizabeth Moore is NOT liable for fees or delivery exceptions incurred after order(s) is shipped.

RETURNS:

We accept returns of all unworn pieces in their original condition  within 7 days after the item was received.  Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.  We are only able to accept returns for pieces that were purchased through our website. 

All refunds 

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Engraved and Custom designs are final sale.

Elizabeth Moore jewelry is not responsible for pieces that are lost or damaged during delivery return.

All sale items are final sale.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

At Elizabeth Moore we pride ourselves on our deep commitment to guarantee excellent quality jewelry pieces. We are dedicated to the craftsmanship and products we offer. Our goal is always for you to enjoy your purchasing experience as much as our jewelry. 

 

REPAIRS:  

We will repair all items free of charge when accompanied by a sales receipt within 1 year of  months of date of purchase.  A charge for this service will be for the return shipping.  For purchase orders after six months, you will be charged a minimum of $25 for basic repairs plus the cost of return shipping.  We will notify you with an estimate before any repair is started. 

All Elizabeth Moore pieces are handcrafted and slight variations may exist between pieces. Due to the natural qualities of the precious and semi precious stones we use, coloring, texture and inclusions may occur. 

Handmade items are often delicate and should be handled with care.
